1. These terms
By placing an order with EcomifyGlobal you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version shown when you order is the one that applies.
2. Products
We sell men's t-shirts only. Product photography is representative — slight variation in colour and measurement (±2cm) is normal for garment production.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Delivery
UK delivery takes 1–2 working days, Europe 3–5 and the rest of the world 5–8. Shipping is free on orders over £75. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
5. Returns and refunds
Return unworn tees with tags attached within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting us on +44 7848 449630 or support@ecomifyglobal.shop.
7. Intellectual property
The EcomifyGlobal name, logo, artwork and product photography are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
